Yoga Classes and Courses














Prana Yoga classes are held all over Conwy county including:

Degawny, Llandudno, Rhos on Sea, Penrhynside, Penrhyn Bay, Conwy, Upper Colwyn, Colwyn Bay

My normal Monday night class at Llandrillo College is now run by Padma OGara, please contact her for details.

New Class:

I will be starting a new class in July 2013 on Tuesday. Suggestions for a venue in the Conwy area are welcome.

£6.00 to try or drop in and  £5.50 when pre-booked. 

Private Tuition Yoga Teacher:

I am available to hire for workshops and one off events. 

I am available for one to one classes ideal for someone who is new to yoga and would like to experience before joining a class or for someone who wants to focus on a particular area such as recovery from an illness, injury or to  work deeper with breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation or yoga postures.

£30 per hour.
